Your property is your investment, and who better than to help you get the most from it. Whilst student annual contracts are the most reliable way of guaranteeing a monthly market rent, this doesn't always suit landlords. We offer three types of letting:

1. Fully managed, guaranteed rent: reliable regular monthly income from your property regardless of whether the tenants have paid up or not whilst they're in contract.
2. Fully managed, non guaranteed rent: regular income from your property, transferred when the tenants pay us whilst they're in contract.
3. Rent to rent, guaranteed rent: guaranteed monthly market rent as a regular income with no gaps regardless of whether the property is tenanted or not.

We don't do tenant find only. We believe in building relationships with landlords and tenants.
